All non-personally identifiable information (non-PII) including SMS will be stored and used for a period of one (1) year. All other data such as name, address, contact details, etc. permitted in pursuant to regulatory guidelines, including DLG and such other data collected for the purpose of onboarding and operational servicing, will be retained for a minimum period of five (5) years.

In general terms, this will mean that your Information will be kept for the duration of our relationship with you and:

All the data, including all the copies thereof will be destroyed post the completion of the business, legal or regulatory requirement. The User may choose to delete his account at any point of time by making such choice by emailing the Company on care@conexo.in With this, the Company will no longer provide User Information for external processing, cross-selling, and promotional offers of its lending partners. However, in all cases the Company may retain User’s Personal Information as long as the purpose for its usage exists, after which the same may be disposed off by Company except for any record retention required as per Applicable Law.
